We are looking for a driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our Presales team. The ideal candidate will engage high-net-worth (HNI) clients, present our premium offerings, and manage the end-to-end pre-sales process — from the first call to a confirmed site visit — while maintaining the highest standards of client experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls and attend inbound customer calls.
- Engage high-net-worth (HNI) clients, present premium offerings, and manage the end-to-end pre-sales process.
- Build a robust understanding of luxury project positioning, pricing, customer expectations, and market trends.
- Explain project details clearly and answer customer questions.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Follow up with prospects to increase site-visit conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth lead handover.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate pre-sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language
- Experience engaging with HNI clients and presenting premium offerings
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured call targets
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
