JOB DESCRIPTION: IBU DD&T; Digital Evidence & Value Demonstration Product Owner

LEVEL: Manager

REPORTING LINE: DD&T; IBU Digital Access and Pricing Lead

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Own the execution of digital and AI‑enabled products for literature review automation and value dossier automation, acting as Product Owner embedded within an India ICC delivery team.

- The role ensures scientific and evidence‑based requirements are translated into robust, compliant and usable automation capabilities that accelerate evidence generation and dossier development.

- Acts as the voice of the user within the delivery team, ensuring solutions are built right, built rapid and built to be adopted.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Own and maintain the product backlog for literature review and value dossier automation components.

- Translate evidence workflows into clear user stories covering search, extraction, synthesis and dossier assembly.

- Work embedded within the India ICC delivery team, partnering closely with engineering, data, AI, UX and testing roles as well as external suppliers as needed.

- Ensure traceability, transparency and auditability requirements are reflected in delivery.

- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and release reviews.





- Validate outputs with evidence and access SMEs to ensure scientific credibility.

- Feed lessons learned and adoption feedback into backlog evolution.

COMPETENCIES and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Delivery Lead on data‑ or document‑heavy digital products.

- Understanding of literature review, evidence synthesis or value dossier processes.

- Familiarity with AI/NLP‑based document automation is an advantage.

- Strong requirements definition and backlog management capability.

- Experience in Agile delivery environments.

- Background in Life sciences, Healthcare or evidence‑related domains preferred.
