About Us:
We are a retail shop looking to grow our presence on social media, especially Instagram. We want someone creative, proactive, and trend-aware who can help us build engaging content and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content for Instagram, especially Reels and short-form videos
- Plan and execute a consistent content calendar
- Write captions that match the brand voice and drive engagement
- Identify trends and adapt them creatively for our brand
- Shoot and edit basic photo/video content (in-store or with products)
- Post content at optimal times and manage daily social media activity
- Respond to DMs, comments, and customer queries professionally
- Reach out to potential customers/influencers for collaborations or feedback




- Track performance and suggest improvements based on insights

Requirements:

- Experience managing Instagram pages or creating content
- Valuable understanding of reels, trends, and viral content
- Basic video editing skills (using mobile apps or software)
- Strong communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative

Preferred (not mandatory):

- Experience in retail/fashion/lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
