Event Planning and Setup

- Meets with clients to discuss event details, menus, and special requests.
- Designs room layouts, including table arrangements, seating, and decor.
- Coordinates with chefs regarding food preparation timing and course delivery.

Staff and Team Leadership

- Hires, trains, and supervises servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
