About the Role

Fastigo Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring IT Hardware Engineers for its field service platform, Door2fy. The role involves onsite installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and replacement of IT hardware across customer locations. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to travel for onsite support.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and all-in-one PCs.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.

Replace hardware components such as motherboards, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboards, LCDs, batteries, adapters, cooling fans, Wi-Fi cards, and other field replaceable units.

Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.

Perform preventive maintenance and hardware health checks.

Attend assigned customer locations and complete service calls within the defined SLA.

Coordinate with OEM or backend technical support teams during troubleshooting and hardware replacement.

Collect the spare parts required for the assigned service calls from the designated warehouse/service center every morning before visiting customer locations.

Verify the assigned spare parts before leaving for the customer site.

Replace defective parts as per the service ticket and OEM guidelines.

Return all replaced or defective parts to the designated return location after successful call completion.

Capture service photographs, obtain customer sign-off, and submit closure reports through the prescribed application or portal.





Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience working with HP, Dell, Lenovo, Canon, Epson, Cisco, Aruba, or other enterprise OEM products will be preferred.

Hardware and Networking certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Hardware Support, Desktop Support, or Field Service.

Freshers with strong practical knowledge of computer hardware are also encouraged to apply.
