- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and track competitors.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives. Recruit and onboard current sales staff. Monitor individual and team performance to ensure targets are met.
- Maintain and expand the customer base, including building relationships with key clients. Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Address customer issues and complaints.
