Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain payment schedules.
- Reconcile vendor accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables.
- GST & Tax Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Reconcile GST input and output tax.
- Deduct and deposit TDS.
- Assist with income tax compliance and audits.
- Reconcile inventory with physical stock.
- Account for warranty claims and service revenue.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare sales, service, and profitability reports.
- Present financial data to management.
- Maintain records using accounting software such as Tally Prime and also Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain financial files and supporting documents.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
