Job Summary

Vasishta Vignan Group, Reddipalli, is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Vice Principal to support the Director in leading the school's academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educational excellence, staff development, student success, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Director in the day-to-day management of the school.
- Monitor academic standards and ensure quality teaching practices.
- Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Support curriculum planning, implementation, and assessment.
- Maintain discipline and promote student well-being.
- Coordinate school events, examinations, and parent interactions.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications





- Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject (B.Ed. mandatory).
- Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, with leadership experience in a school.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in State Board schools is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of academic planning and school administration.
