This role focuses on configuring core Fieldglass modulesCWM, Profile Worker, and workflowswhile designing and supporting robust API and batch-based integrations with external systems such as Ariba and S/4HANA.

Location: PAN INDIA Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Fieldglass configurations Configure and manage key modules including CWM, Profile Worker, workflows, and master data Design, develop, and support API-driven and file-based integrations with Ariba, S/4HANA, and other external systems Lead and execute SITUAT testing, including defect resolution and validation Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure alignment and delivery Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass functional implementations Proven expertise in CWM, Profile Worker, and contingent workforce management processes Robust experience in API and batch integration with external systems (Ariba, S/4HANA, etc.) End-to-end implementation and testing experience across multiple projects Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations Familiarity with service procurement and worker profile management workflows Skills: Mandatory Skills: SAP Fieldglass VMS (Contingent Workforce Management Service Procurement Worker Profile)
