We are hiring Application Support Engineers to join our team for an exciting on-site opportunity in Lucknow.

Location: Lucknow (In office) Employment Type: Contract (1 Year) Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical (Engineering Degree Mandatory) Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates are Welcome Key Responsibilities: Install and configure ARES Commander software.

Install, activate, and update AutoCAD software licenses.

Perform Windchill configuration and provide application support.

Troubleshoot software installation and licensing issues.

Assist users with software configuration and technical queries.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth software deployment and support.

Requirements Preferred Skills: Mechanical Engineering degree (Mandatory) Basic knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or ARES Commander Basic understanding of Windchill or PLM concepts is an added advantage Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and customer support skills Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow
