Role Overview We are hiring a results-obsessed Google Ads Media Buyer specializing in high-intent conversion campaigns on CPS models.

This role is ideal for someone who understands user intent, buying signals, and profit-driven scaling, not just traffic generation.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent conversions (CPS model) Build and optimize bottom-funnel keyword strategies that drive maximum purchase intent Continuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, and profitability Leverage smart bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding) for scaling Identify and expand high-converting funnels & arbitrage opportunities Conduct deep performance analysis (intent mapping, search terms, funnel drop-offs) Run A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages,
