Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on, proven experience in a performance marketing role, with a strong focus on B2B Lead Generation.

● Platform Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is essential.

● Agency Oversight: Proven experience working with and managing external creative and media agencies/vendors.

● Analytical Tool Stack: Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and advanced data manipulation skills.

● Domain Knowledge: Previous experience marketing B2B, SaaS, subscription services, or products with a high-value sales cycle is highly advantageous.

● Soft Skills: Excellent quantitative, communication, and project management skills.

Self- starter comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
