Job Description Senior Stock Auditor Position: Senior Stock Auditor Department: Audit Location: As per business requirements (Travel Required) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Stock Auditor to lead and execute stock audit assignments across client locations.

The candidate will be responsible for planning audits, verifying inventory, identifying discrepancies, preparing audit reports, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities Conduct physical stock audits at client locations.

Lead and supervise stock audit assignments and guide junior auditors.

Verify inventory records against physical stock.

Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses, and process gaps.

Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and client requirements.

Coordinate with client representatives during audit assignments.

Review stock valuation, inventory movement, and reconciliation reports.

Maintain accurate audit documentation and working papers.

Submit audit reports within the prescribed timelines.

Assist management in improving inventory control systems and audit processes.

Travel to client sites as required for audit assignments.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter,



or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience 36 years of experience in stock audit, inventory audit, internal audit, or related audit functions.

Experience in handling team members and multiple audit assignments is preferred.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock audit procedures.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Familiarity with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho, or similar) is preferred.

Good report writing and documentation skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively for audit assignments.
