Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive for our Liaison Department. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads through builders, construction companies, government departments, and professional networks. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills to support real estate project acquisitions and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads from construction companies, builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with officials in Corporation, DTCP, CMDA, Panchayat, and other government departments.
- Conduct reference calls and networking activities to identify recent business opportunities.
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, consultants, and mediators for project opportunities.
- Arrange meetings with builders and developers to promote company services.
- Follow up on potential leads and maintain a lead tracking database.




- Support the Liaison team in obtaining project-related approvals and clearances.
- Gather market intelligence regarding upcoming projects and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate and construction industry.
- Prepare periodic reports on lead generation activities and conversion status.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good networking and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate development processes and approval procedures.
- Familiarity with Corporation, DTCP, CMDA, RERA, and related government departments.
- Ability to generate and convert business leads.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and field visits.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate .
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, Liaison, Business Development, or Lead Generation.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with builders, developers, construction companies, and government authorities.
- Existing network with industry professionals and government officials will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
