Roles & Responsibilities :
1 Coordinate with the sales team and support daily sales activities
2 Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails
3 Prepare customer orders and track delivery status
4 Maintain customer database and records
5 coordinate with other departments for smooth order processing
6 Assist the sales team in meeting sales target
Qualifications & Skills :
1 Graduate in B.com / M.com and MBA
2 Basic knowledge of MS excel , word , and email handling
3 Good communication skills
4 Teamwork and customer handling Skills
5 Solid organizational and coordination skills
