Key Responsibilities

 Report to the Plant Manager and assist in daily operations

 Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward in inventory/stores

 Handle service-related activities at the plant level

 Oversee shop floor operations and ensure smooth workflow

 Manage multiple departments in the absence of respective departmental heads

 Analyze issues, inspect processes, and implement effective solutions

 Coordinate with spare parts, quality, dispatch, and service teams

 Maintain daily records of material movement (inward/outward)

 Maintain internal spare parts database for audit and tracking purposes

Eligibility & Requirements

 Any Graduate

 2–3 years of experience in shop floor management, operations, or similar roles

 Candidates from EV industry will be preferred

 Strong leadership and coordination skills

 Good problem-solving and decision-making ability

 Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and teams
