Job Title: AM/Dy Manager – Leasing

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, vet, and negotiate various lease-related documents, including:
- Lease Agreements
- Agreements to Lease
- Amendment Agreements
- Rectification Deeds
- Cancellation Deeds
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for leasing transactions and real estate assets.
- Manage end-to-end lease registration processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Review and administer leases, contracts, and other commercial agreements related to real estate operations.
- Provide legal support for lease execution, renewals, amendments, terminations, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, landlords, tenants, consultants,



and government authorities for transaction closure and documentation.
- Maintain and manage contract repositories and ensure timely compliance with contractual obligations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry with a strong focus on drafting lease agreements, due diligence, lease deeds, lease abstraction.
- Sound knowledge of property laws, registration procedures, stamp duty regulations, and lease documentation.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
