- Key Responsibilities
- Hands on experience developing Salesforce 2nd generation unlocked packages including package versioning dependencies and upgrade strategies
- Proficient with SFDX CLI driven development workflows using source driven development scripting and automation to support package based delivery
- Deep experience with scratch org based development methodologies including org shape management iterative development and validation in ephemeral environments
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Visualforce and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation
- Lead the guide the offshore team and be the single point of contact for the scrum team
- Need to solution independently and guide the full scrum team follow the truist process and implement required solutions
- Work closely with product team
- Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Collaborate with business analysts Salesforce Administrators and global stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST SOAP APIs middleware and platform events
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits security best practices and performance standards
- Write unit tests conduct code reviews and ensure high test coverage and code quality
- Support production releases troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing enhancements
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning stand ups and retrospectives
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous platform improvements
- Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption
