Job description:

- Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Lead and guide Captains, Stewards, and other service associates.
- Deliver professional and courteous guest service.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Ensure accurate order taking and timely food and beverage service.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and cashier teams for efficient operations.
- Monitor table allocation and seating arrangements.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational updates.
- Train and mentor team members on service standards and SOPs.
- Monitor grooming and discipline of service staff.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective guest engagement.
- Support inventory control by monitoring restaurant supplies and service equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.




- 3–6 years of experience in restaurant service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in casual dining, premium dining, hotel restaurants, or hospitality brands.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
- Understanding of food and beverage service standards.
