Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Rubik's Cube Trainer to conduct engaging online classes for children aged 5 to 18 years. The ideal candidate should have excellent cube-solving skills, enjoy working with children, and be able to simplify complex solving techniques into fun and interactive lessons.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online Rubik's Cube classes for students.
- Teach beginner to advanced cube-solving techniques using structured lesson plans.
- Train students in solving 2x2, 3x3, Pyraminx, Mirror Cube, Skewb, and other popular puzzles (preferred).
- Develop students' logical thinking, memory, concentration, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Assign practice activities and evaluate student performance.
- Maintain an engaging, interactive, and positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding class schedules, attendance, and student progress.
- Participate in trainer meetings and training sessions whenever required.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or coaching experience in Rubik's Cube training is preferred.




- Strong knowledge of 2x2 and 3x3 Rubik's Cube solving methods is mandatory.
- Knowledge of advanced puzzles such as Pyraminx, Mirror Cube, Skewb, 4x4, and 5x5 will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Comfortable teaching children in an online environment.
- Proficient in using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online teaching platforms.
- Reliable laptop/desktop, webcam, headset, and stable internet connection.

Working Schedule

- Flexible working hours.
- Classes are assigned based on student enrollments and trainer availability.
- Evening and weekend availability will be preferred.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed during the interview and will be based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the number of classes assigned.
