Meta Ads Intern (In-House) – Noida

Role Overview:
Assist the digital marketing team in planning, creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions.
- Assist in A/B testing ad creatives, copy, and audience segments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and provide optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated on Meta advertising policies, trends, and best practices.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.





Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and performance metrics.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Digital Marketing, or related areas are an advantage.
