Telecaller / Sales Representative (Full-Time – Mohali)

Location: Mohali Punjab
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–3 years

About the Role:

We are looking for Representative to join our sales team. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our real estate projects, generating leads, and assisting the field sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, and investment advantages confidently.
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads for visits.
- Maintain a daily record of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the on-site sales team for client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, real estate, or customer service.




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (local language is a plus).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
