About the Role:

Vrishni Solutions is seeking energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to drive business growth for *Bizma*, our flagship Hyperlocal Commerce Platform.

The incumbent will be responsible for on-ground business development, client acquisition and market expansion across Kochi and across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end field sales and client acquisition for Bizma in assigned territories.

- Identify and onboard local merchants, retailers and service providers to the platform.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and revenue growth.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activity.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications:





1.Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or SaaS product sales. Prior field sales experience is mandatory.

2.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

3.Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

4.Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field travel.

5.Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.

6.Malayalam, English and Hindi Languages.
