Narayana School is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Material In-Charge, who will manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of essential student supplies.

Key Responsibilities

- Regional Coordination: Coordinate with the regional office to request and receive books and uniforms.
- Material Logistics: Manage regular incoming and outgoing material shipments to and from the regional office.
- Distribution Management: Organise and oversee the timely distribution of books and uniforms to students.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records of all stock and supplies.
- Stock Auditing: Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages and track damages or returns.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or school administration.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management software.
- Traits: Highly organized, accurate with numbers, and able to handle heavy peak-season workloads.

Salary: 18000 to 20000. Job Location: Modachur, Gobi.
