We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional with experience in managing international campaigns. Work Mode: Work from Home Type: Freelance (Part-Time – 4 hours/day) Experience: 2–5 years (International exposure preferred) Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manage and scale international campaigns across different geographies Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance Analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI Key Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing Hands-on experience with international markets Solid analytical and optimization skills Ability to work independently and deliver results
