SALES MANAGER -

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales strategies and close deals. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee a sales team, develop strategies, and ensure successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell properties.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive lead generation and convert leads into sales.

Site Visits & Presentations: Organize property tours and highlight project benefits.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and provide insights for strategy adjustments.

Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management.

Collaboration:



Work closely with marketing and development teams for promotions and project updates.

Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations, legal documentation, and deal closings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

6 months - 1 year of experience in Sales.

Solid leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to meet sales targets and handle a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in large-scale real estate projects.

Knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation.

Salary: 24K to 35K with performance-based Incentives.
