MIR Mosaic, headquartered in San Jose, USA, is a rapidly growing company specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of premium mosaics and porcelain tiles. Our India office, Mir India, supports our global e-commerce and business operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate II to join our team in Manjalpur, Vadodara. This role offers an prospect to work closely with teams across India and the USA and gain hands-on exposure to e-commerce, order management, logistics, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Process orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely fulfilment.
- Track shipments and resolve order-related issues.
- Coordinate with marketplaces and third-party platforms on queries, escalations, compliance, and listings.
- Prepare and monitor operational budgets and support cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Accounting, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
- Identify process gaps and support automation and operational improvements.
- Prepare reports and analyse operational data to support business decisions.

We’re Looking For

- Master’s degree/MBA in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA automation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.




- Experience or interest in process automation and optimisation.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with India and US-based teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
