Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Presales Specialist role located in Gurugram. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for understanding client requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and assisting in formulating strategies to address their needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth research, creating proposals,
presenting solutions to prospective clients, and supporting the sales process. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align client demands with company offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and present relevant solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in consulting and presales to deliver tailored recommendations and support sales teams
- Proficiency in using technology and automation tools in a logistics or eCommerce setting is a plus
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and excellent organizational skills
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
