We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment with a robust focus on bulk hiring for Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Support, and Field Sales roles. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements for Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Field Sales, Customer Support, and other business-critical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports with accuracy.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality hiring standards.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring for Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Field Sales roles.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in hiring for the EdTech, BPO, Retail, BFSI, or Staffing industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc.) or MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring for Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Field Sales, or Customer Support roles will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
