We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Laptop Service Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and related hardware. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laptop servicing and strong problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues
- Perform laptop repairs such as display replacement, keyboard, battery, motherboard, and SSD/RAM upgrades
- Handle OS installation, formatting, driver installation, and software configuration
- Perform chip-level servicing (if experienced) including IC replacement and motherboard repair
- Ensure proper ESD handling and follow service SOPs
- Coordinate with the customer support team regarding repair status
- Maintain service records, job cards, and daily work reports
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced laptops with quality assurance
- Provide onsite service support if required

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of laptop hardware components
- Experience with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of BIOS, drivers, and firmware updates
- Ability to identify power, display, and performance issues




- Chip-level knowledge is an added advantage
- Good communication and customer-handling skills

Educational Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or relevant field
- Relevant certification in laptop or hardware servicing is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,591.56 per month
