Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage and support the front-of-house team during shifts.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, and SOP compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.




- Assist in achieving daily sales and service targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Floor Manager, Shift Manager, or Restaurant Supervisor in a restaurant, café, hotel, or fine-dining outlet.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service.
- Willingness to work flexible and rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
