Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and manage patients with trauma and spine-related orthopaedic conditions.
- Perform and assist in trauma and spine surgeries as per departmental protocols.
- Evaluate patients through OPD, emergency, IPD, and follow-up consultations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including surgical and conservative management.
- Participate in emergency trauma call duties and inpatient management.
- Ensure adherence to hospital quality standards, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
- Participate in CMEs, academic discussions, clinical audits, and departmental meetings.
- Mentor junior doctors, residents, and clinical staff when required.

Eligibility

- MS (Orthopaedics)
- DNB (Orthopaedics)
- CPS/Fellowship Diploma in Orthopaedics (CPS/FD Ortho)

Experience

- Freshers are welcome
- Hands-on clinical and surgical experience in Trauma & Spine.
- Experience working in a high-volume orthopaedic center with 150+ surgeries per month.
- Solid exposure to trauma management, fracture fixation, spine procedures, and postoperative care.
- Ability to independently assess, diagnose, and manage orthopaedic emergencies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
