About the CompanyBCT Ventures is building AI-native consumer brands in Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Functional Foods, and Ayurveda. We are looking for experienced sourcing professionals to help identify and manage contract manufacturing partners for new product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage contract manufacturers in Ayurveda, Nutraceuticals, and Food sectors
- Source suitable manufacturing partners based on product requirements
- Coordinate with manufacturers for formulation development
- Manage sampling, iterations, approvals, and final production
- Drive end-to-end execution from concept to commercialization

Requirements

- Strong network of Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical, or Food manufacturers
- Proven ability to manage product development projects independently
- Experience in end-to-end product sourcing and execution

CompensationProject-based earnings up to ₹1,00,000 per project depending on complexity, scope, and deliverables.
