Job Summary

As a Senior Education Counsellor (Sales) / Career Development Advisor, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their academic and career aspirations, and recommend the most suitable online degree programs. You will manage the complete admission journey—from lead engagement to successful enrolment—while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Understand learners' educational background, career objectives, and learning preferences.
- Recommend suitable online degree and certification programs based on individual needs.
- Guide students through the complete admission and enrolment process.
- Build solid relationships with prospective learners through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.




- Resolve student queries and handle objections with a consultative sales approach.
- Stay updated on online education trends, university offerings, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, academic advising, or sales within the online higher education/EdTech sector.
- Experience counselling students for online degree programs is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, LSQ, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
