Job Title: Procurement Trainee

Location: Theni

Qualification: Diploma in EEE

Experience: Fresher (2026 Passed Out)

Work Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist the Procurement team in day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
- Support the sourcing and procurement of materials required for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, process purchase orders, and track delivery schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers on material dispatch, delivery status, and other procurement-related communications.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, invoices, and other related documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with the Stores, Project, and Accounts teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and updating purchase trackers.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Be willing to travel to project sites and vendor locations whenever required.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Freshers (2026 Passed Out) are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of procurement or supply chain processes is an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
