We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Representative to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
Conduct property showings and open houses
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
Prepare and present property listings
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and property values
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
Handle documentation, contracts, and legal requirements
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales or real estate (freshers with strong sales skills may apply)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Knowledge of local real estate market trends
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and real estate platforms
Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations)
