About the Role

iSource India Limited is looking for talented and enthusiastic AR Callers to join our growing US Healthcare team. If you have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Insurance Follow-up, Denial Management, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid and denied claims.
- Resolve claim denials and maximize reimbursements.
- Analyze EOBs and identify denial reasons.
- Work on aging accounts and improve collections.
- Submit appeals and reopen claims when required.
- Ensure timely claim resolution while maintaining productivity and quality.
- Document account activities accurately in the billing system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.

Required Qualifications





- 1–2 years of experience in US Medical Billing – AR Calling.
- Positive understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Experience in Insurance Follow-up and Denial Management.
- Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims is preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
