Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Head – IT to lead our Python, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cybersecurity training verticals. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring trainers and students. This role involves curriculum development, technical team management, academic quality assurance, and ensuring industry-aligned training delivery across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead and manage the Python, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Cybersecurity training divisions.
- Develop technical roadmaps aligned with current industry trends.
- Ensure high-quality technical training and practical learning outcomes.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Academic & Curriculum Development

- Design, update, and standardize course curricula and learning materials.
- Develop project-based learning modules and capstone projects.
- Create assessments, assignments, lab exercises, and certification preparation materials.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with current industry requirements.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate technical trainers.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
- Monitor trainer performance and provide continuous technical guidance.
- Support trainers in resolving technical and academic challenges.

Training & Delivery

- Deliver advanced technical sessions whenever required.
- Ensure practical, hands-on training methodologies.
- Monitor batch quality, student progress, and learning outcomes.
- Conduct technical workshops, seminars, and boot camps.

Quality Assurance

- Maintain academic quality standards across all branches.
- Conduct technical audits and classroom observations.




- Review student feedback and implement improvements.
- Ensure consistency in training delivery.

Student & Placement Support

- Guide students in developing industry-level projects.
- Conduct mock interviews and technical evaluations.
- Assist placement teams by aligning student skills with employer requirements.
- Build industry collaborations for internships and placements.

Research & Innovation

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Data Science, Python, and Cybersecurity.
- Introduce current technologies, tools, and certifications.
- Promote innovation through hackathons, coding competitions, and research initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 7–12+ years of experience in IT training, software development, or technical leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing technical teams.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Python, Data Science, or Cybersecurity are preferred.

Salary

Negotiable (Based on experience and expertise)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
A technically strong leader with extensive experience in Python, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity, capable of leading technical teams, developing industry-relevant curricula, mentoring trainers, and ensuring exceptional learning outcomes across multiple branches.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
