About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with exceptional Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making, improve business processes, and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
- Perform detailed data analysis using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, etc.).
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to communicate findings effectively.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
- Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.




- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, data visualization, and automation).
- Proficiency in other MS Office tools (PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation, Outlook for communication).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and present data in a clear, concise manner.
- Positive communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or VBA is a plus (but not mandatory).
