Key Responsibilities:

- Independently maintain and manage accounts for minimum 2 or more Branch Accounts.
- Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations regularly.
- Verify PO, GRN, delivery challans before bill entry.
- Maintain site cash book and monitor daily site expenses.
- Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage GST / TDS / VAT compliance and ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
- Support budgeting and financial analysis activities.
- Monitor vendor payments and maintain supplier accounts.
- Coordinate with Manager/ Management/ Auditor for reporting and fund requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:





- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or relevant field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in site accounting / construction accounting preferred.
- Proven ability to handle multiple site accounts simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Zoho, Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary :18,000-20,000/- (No Bar for right candidate)
