We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive(BDE) to drive patient referrals, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the hospital's business network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue, strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting hospital services within the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase patient referrals and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporate organizations, insurance companies, and TPAs.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers and referral sources.
- Promote hospital specialties, services, and healthcare packages.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare and present business development reports to Manager.
- Achieve monthly and annual business growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to enhance patient experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management,



or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in hospital or healthcare business development.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare marketing, and referral management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel for business meetings and field visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
