A telemarketer contacts contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and construction companies to promote and sell building materials such as cement, steel, bricks, tiles, paints, plumbing supplies, electrical products, and other construction items.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Introduce the company's construction materials and services.
- Generate sales leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Explain product features, pricing, and current promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials is an advantage.
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
- Ability to use CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
