Position: E-Commerce Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce & Back Office Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations, maintaining product listings, processing orders, and supporting daily back-office activities.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or back-office support.
- Good knowledge of leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data management, reporting, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing product listings, inventory, pricing, order processing, and customer support.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product listings across online marketplaces and company websites.
- Update product information, pricing, images, and inventory accurately.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment.




- Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support day-to-day back-office operations and ensure smooth business processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
