Position Summary
Phenom Cloud is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer (3–6 years) to lead client deployments and ensure successful implementation of solutions. You will work directly with clients to customize and integrate systems while solving complex technical challenges.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of solutions at client environments.
- Customize and integrate enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
- Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues.
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback and improvements.
- Support post-deployment operations and enhancements.
- Mentor junior deployment engineers.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in deployment engineering, solutions engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Experience working directly with clients in technical roles.
- Proficiency in scripting, APIs, and debugging tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SaaS deployments and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
