Clarity PPM Developer

Location: Pune and Bangalore

Experience: 6 -10 years

Required skill:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience in Clarity PPM 15.x and above; Hands-on experience on New UX is required.
Valuable knowledge of CA Clarity administration and Third-Party Integrations.
As a L3 Support Engineer, responsible for Production Release Management, UAT Support and stakeholder management
Responsible for close collaboration with the team




Monitoring the application and working with Dev teams closely to resolve high priority issues
Collaborate closely with the product vendor to work on quarterly upgrades and maintenance activities.
Creating SOPs and mentoring other team members/stakeholders around support processes
Have good functional knowledge in various modules of Clarity- Project Management, Resource Management, Time Management, Demand Management, Financial management and Clarity studio.
Good knowledge on Clarity GEL Script and Workflow automation
Have good hands-on knowledge on Clarity Portlet creation
