Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Intern who will get hands-on exposure to PR, Social Media, Client Servicing, Operations, and Executive Support. The role will involve assisting the team with day-to-day tasks, coordination, research, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Assist the PR and Social Media teams with research, content, media lists, and basic coordination.

⁠ ⁠Support in preparing social media content, captions, ideas, and presentations.

⁠ ⁠Assist with client coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining trackers.

⁠ ⁠Support the team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

⁠ ⁠Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

⁠ ⁠Help with basic research, documentation, and data management.





⁠ ⁠Coordinate with team members and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.

⁠ ⁠Take up other tasks and projects as assigned by the team.

Skills & Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Good communication and writing skills.

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

⁠ ⁠Good organisational and coordination skills.

⁠ ⁠Comfortable with research, documentation, and basic office tools.

⁠ ⁠Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
