Position Summary

Phenom Cloud is looking for a UX Designer (0–1 year experience) to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about design, user research, and problem-solving, with the opportunity to work closely with Product, UI, and Development teams in a UK-shift workplace.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct user research and gather requirements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.
- Design engaging experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams.
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
- Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility,



and responsive design principles.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, HCI, or related fields.
- Freshers (0–1 year experience) are encouraged to apply.
- Portfolio showcasing academic, internship, or personal projects is preferred.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift / UK Shift.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of UX Design, Design Thinking, and User Research.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Understanding of user journeys, wireframing, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
- Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
