Job Title: Branch Manager – Immigration Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales, counseling, and documentation teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Guide clients on suitable immigration, study abroad, work permit, visitor visa, and permanent residency programs.
- Monitor the quality of client consultations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with immigration policies and company SOPs.
- Handle escalated client concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Recruit, train, and mentor recent team members.
- Develop local marketing and business development strategies to generate quality leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Track branch KPIs, prepare performance reports, and submit updates to senior management.
- Maintain branch profitability by controlling operational expenses.
- Ensure ethical sales practices and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with processing teams to ensure timely submission and follow-up of client applications.




- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 4–8+ years of experience in the immigration, education, or visa consultancy industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience.
- Strong sales, leadership, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sound knowledge of immigration pathways for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Europe.
- Ability to manage branch targets and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
