Job Summary:
We KWAJA Contractors & Developers are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in construction site management to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and according to technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Site Supervision: Daily monitoring of work progress to ensure compliance with construction drawings and quality standards.

· Execution: Oversee subcontractor work, structural execution, and in office material quality checks.

· Documentation: Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, material inventory, and attendance records.

· Safety & Quality:



Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and quality protocols.

· Drawings: Review structural drawings and assist in resolving design issues on-site. [1]

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Experience: 1–2 years of experience in building/road/commercial projects.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel/Word).

· Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹10,778.23 - ₹20,000.00 per month
