We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support the Finance & Accounts department in managing day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, and preferably experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in ERP/Tally.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, journal, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Process vendor invoices and customer receipts.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Prepare GST data,
TDS working, and assist in statutory compliance.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting entries and coordinate with the Stores department.
- Verify purchase orders, goods receipt, and supplier invoices.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Perform any other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
